Absolutely! We offer a 60-day warranty on all our jewelry from the date of your item's delivery. We care about your satisfaction and will resolve any issues where your jewelry is defective or tarnished. Please reach out to us at hello@malkemist.com and we will assist you.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be sure to return items in mint condition and original packaging if possible. We offer a prepaid shipping label for unworn items returned (U.S based orders only).
